The First Dance Act to Sail Through to the Final The second act to go through to the final of Britain's Got Talent is Diversity. The dance act from Essex caused a stir when they auditioned in London with their imaginative and funny moves, all choreographed by Ashley Banjo, a physics student from Wickford. Britains Got Talent Judge Finds Diversity EntertainingThe judges thought they were spectacular including renowned hard-to-please judge Simon Cowell saying in the first audition he’d never seen dance “so imaginative, so creative, so entertaining.” The group of 10 young lads is made up of 3 sets of brothers and friends ageing from 12 to 25 who have been practising together since they were young. The lads went straight through to the next round along with new found singing legend Susan Boyle with their amazing dance act where they used a new creative mix of music.
Diversity have also held the UK Street Dance Championships title and have filmed 'How to Step Up and Street Dance' with Universal Pictures.
It may not be such plain sailing for Diversity though, Flawless another dance troupe, also made it through to the semi finals - Could it be a dance- off for the ultimate prize?
The final is on Saturday 30 May where Shaheen, Stavros Flatley, Shaun Smith, Flawless, Susan Boyle and Diversity plus four more acts, will battle it out to become the winner of £100,000 and a slot on The Royal Variety Show in front of HRH The Queen.
