Cab Ride by Nick Mouton, Directed by Mothiur Rahman

A man needing to get home takes a cab from London to Newcastle. He and the driver begin to reflect and share on their own lives over the course of their journey. This is a nice 4 hander character based piece.

2 Male, 2 Female

Watch Me, Watch Me, Watch Me Now by Eric Morgan, Directed by Dan Chasemore

Watch Me, Watch Me, Watch Me Now is a new play by Eric Morgan. The play is a modern tragedy charting the downfall of a chat show host as his soul and his conscience gnaw away at him on the set of his daily ‘Jeremy Kyle’ style chatshow. This is an ensemble piece with some dark humour and excellent characters.

David Minchin, a sort of Jeremy Kyle, with half a soul

Richie, the shows producer. A bumbling sadsack of a man

Danielle, ruthless. You would probably say she was good looking if you weren’t worried that she was going to punch you in the face for wearing the wrong colour shirt.

Alex, the keenest bean in the pack

Billy Minchin  60+, Davids father. Nearing the end of his life, Blunt, a bit batty.

Writer 1 and 2 – Male or Female, Any age.

The writers on the show. If you are a writer on a reality show, then you’re probably a bit messed up.

various male and female supporting roles

Lots of opportunities, especially for GUYS, so get to the audition and show them what you've got!
